NZ Gin Day Green Eyes Cocktail
- 45ml New Zealand Gin Day Gin
- 22.5ml Green Chartreuse
- 22.5ml Lime Juice
- 22.5ml Honey Simple Syrup
- 15ml Egg White
- Shake all with ice, strain into an ice filled glass
- Garnish with fresh lime and a cherry on top
NZ Gin Day Cocktail
- 30ml New Zealand Gin Day Gin
- 30ml Apple Juice
- 15ml Pear & Thyme Syrup
- 15ml Dry Vermouth
- 15ml Lemon Juice
- 15ml Amaro Montenegro
- Shake all with ice, strain into an ice filled glass
- Top with Sparkling Water
- Garnish with a slice of orange and fresh thyme
NZ Gin Day White Linen Cocktail
- 45ml New Zealand Gin Day Gin
- 15ml St Germain Elderflower Liqueur
- 22.5ml Lime Juice
- 15ml Honey Simple Syrup
- Muddled cucumber
- Shake all with ice, strain into an ice filled glass, top up with a few splashes of Soda Water
- Garnish with a cucumber ribbon
NZ Gin Day Mule
- 60ml New Zealand Gin Day Gin
- 30ml Lemongrass and Kaffir Syrup
- 22.5ml Lime Juice
- 8-10 Mint leaves
- 3-4oz Ginger Beer
- Into your cocktail shaker add mint leaves, lemongrass kaffir syrup and lime juice. Muddle gently to release the essence of the mint
- Add New Zealand Gin Day Gin and ice and shake well
- Strain into your glass or Mule mug filled with fresh crushed ice
- Top up with Ginger Beer and add more crushed ice
- Garnish with Lemongrass and Lime wedge, or Mint Leaves

- 30ml New Zealand Gin Day Gin
- 15ml Lemon Juice
- 10ml Lemongrass and Kaffir Syrup
- Shake with ice and strain into your cocktail glass
- Add a scoop of Lemon Sorbet
- Top up with Prosecco
- Garnish with fresh mint
NZ Gin Day Blush & Balil
- 60ml New Zealand Gin Day Gin
- 30ml Tangelo Liqueur
- 15ml Italicus Bergamot Liqueur
- 15ml Campari
- 15ml Lemon Juice
- Shake all with ice
- Garnish with fresh basil
