NZ Gin Day Mule
60ml New Zealand Gin Day Gin
30ml Lemongrass and Kaffir Syrup
22.5ml Lime Juice
8-10 Mint leaves
3-4oz Ginger Beer
Into your cocktail shaker add mint leaves, lemongrass kaffir syrup and lime juice. Muddle gently to release the essence of the mint
Add New Zealand Gin Day Gin and ice and shake well
Strain into your glass or Mule mug filled with fresh crushed ice
Top up with Ginger Beer and add more crushed ice
Garnish with Lemongrass and Lime wedge, or Mint Leaves
